We are launching a new help desk page to make it even easier to connect and communicate directly with our technicians.    The help desk converts inquiries from many different “channels” and converts them into “Trouble Tickets” which are available for all the techs to see and respond.

Available “channels” for communication now include website “Contact Us” requests, emails, voicemails, telephone calls AND social media posts from Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.  So now, you can make a post on Rent-A-Geek’s Facebook Page ...

We understand that phone trees are no fun, and we fought long and hard to not use them.  However, in the end we came up with a system that will get you better answers than having a receptionist attempting to route technical calls.
